Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by SLM Supreme Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our”). By engaging our bookkeeping and business support services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

  • SLM Supreme Solutions provides bookkeeping, financial recordkeeping, and related business support services.

  • Services do not include legal, tax, or investment advice. Clients are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for such matters.

  • The scope of work will be defined in a written engagement agreement prior to service delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information necessary for bookkeeping services.

  • Maintain responsibility for compliance with applicable tax laws, regulations, and filings.

  • Promptly review reports, statements, and deliverables provided by SLM Supreme Solutions.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are outlined in the engagement agreement or service package selected.

  • Payment terms are due as specified (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or per project).

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

  • SLM Supreme Solutions will maintain strict confidentiality of client information and financial records.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with client consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • SLM Supreme Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Client remains responsible for decisions made based on bookkeeping reports and recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, templates, and resources provided by SLM Supreme Solutions remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients may use deliverables solely for internal business purposes.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the engagement agreement.

  • Outstanding fees must be paid prior to termination.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia (or your chosen jurisdiction).

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

  • SLM Supreme Solutions reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to implementation.
